Air Fryer Pork Chops
Juicy bone-in pork chops with a smoky, herb-spiced crust that stay perfectly moist inside while crisping beautifully on the outside. On the table in 25 minutes flat.
⏱ 25 minServes 4American
Ingredients
- •4 bone-in pork chops, about 1-inch thick
- •2 tbsp olive oil
- •1 tbsp brown sugar
- •1 tsp smoked paprika
- •1 tsp garlic powder
- •1/2 tsp onion powder
- •1/2 tsp dried thyme
- •1 tsp salt
- •1/2 tsp black pepper
- •1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
- 1Pat pork chops completely dry with paper towel — this is key for a good crust.
- 2Mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, pepper, and cayenne together in a small bowl.
- 3Brush pork chops all over with olive oil, then rub the spice mixture evenly on both sides.
- 4Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- 5Place pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- 6Air fry for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- 7Rest pork chops for 5 minutes before serving to lock in the juices.
💡 Boneless pork chops work too — reduce cooking time to 10–12 minutes. Avoid chops thinner than 3/4 inch as they dry out quickly in the air fryer.
