Air Fryer Pork Chops

Air Fryer Pork Chops

Juicy bone-in pork chops with a smoky, herb-spiced crust that stay perfectly moist inside while crisping beautifully on the outside. On the table in 25 minutes flat.

⏱ 25 minServes 4American

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops, about 1-inch thick
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. 1Pat pork chops completely dry with paper towel — this is key for a good crust.
  2. 2Mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, pepper, and cayenne together in a small bowl.
  3. 3Brush pork chops all over with olive oil, then rub the spice mixture evenly on both sides.
  4. 4Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  5. 5Place pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. 6Air fry for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. 7Rest pork chops for 5 minutes before serving to lock in the juices.

💡 Boneless pork chops work too — reduce cooking time to 10–12 minutes. Avoid chops thinner than 3/4 inch as they dry out quickly in the air fryer.
