⏱ 20 minServes 4American
Ingredients
- •1½ lb skinless salmon fillets, cut into 1½-inch cubes
- •3 tbsp soy sauce
- •2 tbsp liquid honey
- •1 tbsp sesame oil
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- •1 tsp sriracha
- •1 tbsp sesame seeds
- •2 green onions, sliced
Directions
- 1Whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and sriracha in a bowl.
- 2Add salmon cubes and toss gently to coat; let marinate for 5 minutes.
- 3Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3 minutes.
- 4Arrange salmon cubes in a single layer in the basket, reserving any excess marinade.
- 5Air fry for 7–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until lightly caramelized and cooked through.
- 6Brush with reserved marinade, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve over steamed rice.
💡 Use centre-cut salmon for uniform cubes that cook evenly. For a gluten-free version, swap soy sauce for tamari or coconut aminos, widely available at most Canadian grocery stores.
