  • •1 lb ground turkey
  • •4 large bell peppers, halved and seeded
  • •1 medium zucchini, diced small
  • •1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • •3 cloves garlic, minced
  • •1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • •2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  1. 1Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
  2. 2Brown ground turkey in a skillet with garlic, zucchini, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3Fill each pepper half generously with the turkey and zucchini mixture.
  4. 4Top each stuffed pepper with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. 5Place filled peppers in air fryer basket and cook 12 to 14 minutes.
  6. 6Serve hot when peppers are tender and cheese is melted and bubbly.

💡 Par-cook or microwave stuffed-pepper shells briefly if they are thick; the turkey filling can cook through before raw pepper halves become tender.
