Bacon-Wrapped Dates

Ingredients

Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2Mix softened cream cheese with chopped almonds, vanilla extract, salt, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
- 3Stuff each date with about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture.
- 4Wrap each stuffed date with half a strip of bacon, securing the end with a toothpick if needed.
- 5Arrange wrapped dates on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes until bacon is crispy.
