- •8 oz tofu sausages, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds

Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 375°F. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2Pan-fry tofu sausage slices for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown, then set aside.
- 3In the same skillet, sauté diced onion for 3 minutes until softened.
- 4Add beans to the skillet along with ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce; stir to combine.
- 5Return sausage slices to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and mix gently.
- 6Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly around the edges.
- 7Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
