Baked Halibut with Lemon and Green Beans

Ingredients
- •4 halibut fillets (6 oz each)
- •1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- •3 tbsp olive oil
- •2 lemons
- •4 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 tsp salt
- •½ tsp black pepper
- •½ tsp dried oregano
- •2 tbsp butter
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange green beans on a large baking sheet and toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 2Roast green beans for 10 minutes until they begin to soften.
- 3Push green beans to the sides of the sheet. Place halibut fillets in the center and drizzle with remaining olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- 4Top each fillet with minced garlic, a pat of butter, and thin lemon slices. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over everything.
- 5Bake for 12-15 minutes until halibut is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- 6Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges and pan juices drizzled over the fish and green beans.
