Ingredients

  • •4 fillets tilapia
  • •1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • •2 lemons, sliced
  • •2 limes, sliced
  • •3 tablespoons olive oil
  • •1 teaspoon salt
  • •1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • •1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • •2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2Toss asparagus with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper; arrange on one side of the baking sheet.
  3. 3Place tilapia fillets on the other side, drizzle with remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. 4Arrange lemon and lime slices on top of each fillet.
  5. 5Bake for 12-15 minutes until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. 6Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

💡 Citrus slices can turn bitter if their pith roasts too hard against tilapia; use thin slices and remove any that darken before serving.
