BBQ Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients
- •2 racks baby back ribs
- •3 tablespoons brown sugar
- •2 tablespoons paprika
- •1 tablespoon garlic powder
- •1 tablespoon onion powder
- •1 tablespoon black pepper
- •1 tablespoon salt
- •1 cup BBQ sauce
- •2 tablespoons honey
- •1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Directions
- 1Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs and pat dry with paper towels.
- 2Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to create a dry rub.
- 3Generously coat both sides of the ribs with the dry rub and let sit for 15 minutes.
- 4Place ribs bone-side down on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake at 275°F for 2.5 hours covered with foil.
- 5Mix BBQ sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl.
- 6Remove foil, brush the sauce mixture over the ribs, and bake uncovered for 30 more minutes.
- 7Let rest for 5 minutes, then cut between the bones and serve hot.
