BBQ Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Directions

  1. 1Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. 2Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to create a dry rub.
  3. 3Generously coat both sides of the ribs with the dry rub and let sit for 15 minutes.
  4. 4Place ribs bone-side down on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake at 275°F for 2.5 hours covered with foil.
  5. 5Mix BBQ sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl.
  6. 6Remove foil, brush the sauce mixture over the ribs, and bake uncovered for 30 more minutes.
  7. 7Let rest for 5 minutes, then cut between the bones and serve hot.
