- •3 shallots, halved lengthwise

Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- 2Pat pork dry, rub all over with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 3Stir barbecue sauce and maple syrup together in a small bowl.
- 4Place tenderloin and shallots on the baking sheet.
- 5Brush pork generously with half the glaze.
- 6Roast 20 minutes, then brush on remaining glaze and roast 8 more minutes.
- 7Rest pork 5 minutes, then slice into medallions.
- 8Scatter fresh dill over sliced pork and serve with roasted shallots.
