BBQ Ribs
Tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs glazed with a smoky-sweet barbecue sauce.

Ingredients
- •2 racks pork baby back ribs
- •3 tablespoons brown sugar
- •1 tablespoon paprika
- •1 tablespoon garlic powder
- •1 tablespoon onion powder
- •1 teaspoon black pepper
- •1 teaspoon salt
- •1 cup barbecue sauce
- •2 tablespoons honey
Directions
- 1Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat dry with paper towels.
- 2Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then rub generously over both sides of the ribs.
- 3Preheat oven to 250°F. Place ribs bone-side down on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 2.5 hours covered with foil.
- 4Mix barbecue sauce with honey in a small bowl.
- 5Remove foil, brush ribs with barbecue sauce, and bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350°F.
- 6Apply another coat of sauce and bake for an additional 15 minutes until caramelized.
- 7Let rest for 5 minutes, then cut between bones and serve immediately.
