Beef and Bell Pepper Stir-Fry
Tender sliced beef and colorful bell peppers tossed in a savory soy-garlic sauce, served over steamed rice.

Ingredients
- •1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- •2 medium bell peppers (red and yellow), cut into strips
- •1 medium onion, sliced
- •4 cloves garlic, minced
- •3 tablespoons soy sauce
- •1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- •1 teaspoon sesame oil
- •2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- •1 tablespoon cornstarch
- •½ cup beef broth
- •1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- •2 green onions, chopped
Directions
- 1Toss beef with cornstarch and set aside for 10 minutes.
- 2Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat and stir-fry beef until browned, then remove and set aside.
- 3Add remaining oil and stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 4Add bell peppers and onion, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 5Return beef to the pan and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and broth.
- 6Toss everything together for 1-2 minutes until sauce is heated through and coats the ingredients.
- 7Garnish with green onions and serve immediately over steamed rice.
