Beef Brisket Tacos

Ingredients
- •3 lbs beef brisket
- •2 tablespoons chili powder
- •1 tablespoon cumin
- •1 tablespoon paprika
- •2 teaspoons salt
- •1 teaspoon black pepper
- •1 cup beef broth
- •1 large onion, halved
- •4 cloves garlic, minced
- •16 flour or corn tortillas
- •as needed fresh cilantro, diced onion, lime wedges
Directions
- 1Rub the brisket with chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper on all sides.
- 2Sear the brisket in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat for 3 minutes per side until browned.
- 3Add beef broth, onion halves, and minced garlic to the pot, cover, and braise in a 325°F oven for 3-4 hours until very tender.
- 4Remove brisket from liquid and let cool slightly, then shred using two forks.
- 5Warm tortillas and fill with shredded brisket, top with fresh cilantro, diced onion, and a squeeze of lime juice.
