Beef Chow Fun
Tender beef and silky rice noodles tossed in a savory soy-based sauce with bean sprouts and green onions.

Ingredients
- •1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
- •1 pound fresh wide rice noodles
- •3 tablespoons soy sauce
- •2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- •1 tablespoon sesame oil
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •2 cups bean sprouts
- •4 green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
- •3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- •1 teaspoon cornstarch
- •½ cup beef broth
Directions
- 1Toss sliced beef with cornstarch and let sit for 10 minutes.
- 2Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Stir-fry beef until browned, then remove and set aside.
- 3Add remaining oil to the wok. Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 4Add rice noodles and gently break them apart while tossing for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- 5Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and beef broth. Toss everything together.
- 6Add bean sprouts and green onions, then return the beef to the wok.
- 7Toss everything for 1-2 minutes until combined and heated through. Serve immediately.
