Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 cups cooked rice, cooled
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped

  2. 2Add remaining oil to the pan and stir-fry garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. 3Add frozen vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  4. 4Push vegetables to the side, add beaten eggs to the empty space, and scramble until cooked, then mix with vegetables.
  5. 5Add cooled rice and break up any clumps, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6Return beef to the pan, add soy sauce and sesame oil, and toss everything together for 1-2 minutes.
  7. 7Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
