Beef Fried Rice
Savory stir-fried rice with tender beef, vegetables, and eggs, finished with soy sauce and sesame oil.

Ingredients
- •2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- •1 pound ground beef
- •3 cups cooked rice, cooled
- •2 eggs, beaten
- •1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- •3 cloves garlic, minced
- •3 tablespoons soy sauce
- •1 tablespoon sesame oil
- •2 green onions, chopped
Directions
- 1Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks, about 5 minutes. Remove beef and set aside.
- 2Add remaining oil to the pan and stir-fry garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 3Add frozen vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- 4Push vegetables to the side, add beaten eggs to the empty space, and scramble until cooked, then mix with vegetables.
- 5Add cooled rice and break up any clumps, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes.
- 6Return beef to the pan, add soy sauce and sesame oil, and toss everything together for 1-2 minutes.
- 7Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
