Beef Kebabs
Tender marinated beef skewers grilled to perfection with aromatic spices and served with fresh vegetables.

Ingredients
- •2 lbs beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
- •1/4 cup olive oil
- •3 tablespoons lemon juice
- •4 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 tablespoon ground cumin
- •1 teaspoon ground coriander
- •1 teaspoon paprika
- •1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- •1 teaspoon salt
- •1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- •2 medium bell peppers, cut into chunks
- •1 large red onion, cut into chunks
Directions
- 1Combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the marinade.
- 2Add beef cubes to the marinade, toss to coat evenly, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- 3Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes, then thread marinated beef alternately with bell pepper and onion chunks onto the skewers.
- 4Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- 5Grill kebabs for 12-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes, until beef is cooked to desired doneness and vegetables are charred and tender.
- 6Remove from heat and let rest for 3-5 minutes before serving with rice, pita bread, and yogurt sauce.
