Beef Lo Mein
Tender beef and noodles tossed in a savory soy-ginger sauce with crisp vegetables.

Ingredients
- •1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- •8 ounces lo mein or egg noodles
- •3 tablespoons soy sauce
- •2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- •1 tablespoon sesame oil
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- •2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- •2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- •1/2 cup beef broth
- •2 green onions, sliced
Directions
- 1Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.
- 2Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat, cook beef until browned, then remove and set aside.
- 3Add remaining oil to the pan, stir-fry garlic, ginger, and vegetables for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 4Return beef to the pan and add cooked noodles.
- 5Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and beef broth together, pour over noodles and beef.
- 6Toss everything together for 2-3 minutes until heated through and well coated.
- 7Top with green onions and serve immediately.
