Beef Nachos
Crispy tortilla chips loaded with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and all your favorite toppings.

Ingredients
- •1 pound ground beef
- •1 packet taco seasoning
- •10 ounces tortilla chips
- •2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- •1 cup sour cream
- •1 cup salsa
- •1 jalapeño, sliced
- •1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- •1 lime
Directions
- 1Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- 2Stir in the taco seasoning with 1/4 cup water and simmer for 2 minutes until thickened.
- 3Spread tortilla chips on a large baking sheet or serving platter.
- 4Top chips with seasoned beef and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over everything.
- 5Broil on high for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 6Remove from heat and top with dollops of sour cream, salsa, jalapeños, and cilantro.
- 7Squeeze fresh lime juice over the nachos and serve immediately.
