Beef Satay
Tender marinated beef skewers grilled to perfection and served with a rich, creamy peanut sauce.

Ingredients
- •1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into thin strips
- •3 tbsp soy sauce
- •2 tbsp fish sauce
- •2 tbsp coconut oil
- •3 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 tbsp ground cumin
- •1 tbsp brown sugar
- •1 cup creamy peanut butter
- •0.5 cup coconut milk
- •2 tbsp lime juice
- •1 tsp red chili flakes
- •wooden skewers soaked in water
Directions
- 1Combine soy sauce, fish sauce, coconut oil, garlic, cumin, and brown sugar in a bowl. Thread beef strips onto skewers and coat generously with marinade. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- 2Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill skewers for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through and lightly charred.
- 3While beef cooks, whisk together peanut butter, coconut milk, lime juice, and red chili flakes in a saucepan over low heat until smooth and warm.
- 4Arrange grilled satay skewers on a serving platter and drizzle or serve the peanut sauce on the side for dipping.
