Beef Skewers
Tender marinated beef cubes grilled on skewers with a savory-sweet glaze until charred and juicy.

Ingredients
- •1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- •3 tbsp soy sauce
- •2 tbsp honey
- •2 tbsp vegetable oil
- •3 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 tbsp ginger, grated
- •1 tbsp rice vinegar
- •1 tsp sesame oil
- •1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- •2 green onions, chopped
Directions
- 1Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- 2Whisk together soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, garlic, ginger, vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
- 3Add beef cubes to the marinade and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
- 4Thread beef cubes onto skewers, reserving the marinade.
- 5Heat grill or grill pan to high heat and cook skewers 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved marinade.
- 6Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
