Beef Stir-Fry
Tender beef and crisp vegetables tossed in a savory soy-ginger sauce, served over steaming rice.

Ingredients
- •1.5 lbs beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- •2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- •3 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- •2 cups broccoli florets
- •1 large bell pepper, sliced
- •1 cup snap peas
- •1/4 cup soy sauce
- •2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- •1 teaspoon sesame oil
- •2 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with 3 tablespoons water
Directions
- 1Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Cook beef in batches for 2-3 minutes until browned, then set aside.
- 2Add remaining oil to the wok and stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 3Add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas; stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 4Return beef to the wok and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- 5Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens.
- 6Serve immediately over steamed rice.
