Beef Tacos

Ingredients
- •1 lb ground beef
- •1 packet taco seasoning
- •1/2 cup water
- •8 flour or corn tortillas
- •1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- •2 cups shredded lettuce
- •1 medium tomato, diced
- •1/2 cup sour cream
- •1/2 cup salsa
Directions
- 1Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart as it cooks, about 5 minutes.
- 2Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and water to the beef and simmer for 3 minutes.
- 3Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or over a gas flame for about 30 seconds per side.
- 4Assemble tacos by placing seasoned beef in each tortilla and topping with cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and salsa.
