Ingredients

  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. 1In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the softened cream cheese, stirring occasionally.
  2. 2Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the cream cheese and stir until completely melted and combined.
  3. 3Slowly pour in the beer and milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  4. 4Add the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt, stirring until well blended.
  5. 5Continue heating for 2-3 minutes until the dip reaches a smooth, creamy consistency.
  6. 6Transfer to a serving bowl and serve warm with crackers, pretzels, and vegetables.
