- •2 large flour tortillas
- •1/2 cup sour cream or ranch dressing
- •1 cup shredded lettuce
- •1 tomato, sliced
- •1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
Directions
- 1Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl to create the blackening spice blend.
- 2Pat chicken breasts dry and coat both sides generously with the spice mixture.
- 3Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the seasoned chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through and blackened.
- 4Remove chicken from skillet and let rest for 2 minutes, then slice into strips.
- 5Warm the tortillas in the microwave or skillet for 30 seconds.
- 6Spread sour cream or ranch dressing on each tortilla, then layer with lettuce, tomato, bell pepper, and blackened chicken strips.
- 7Roll up the wraps tightly, cut in half if desired, and serve immediately.
