Ingredients

- •3 eggs

Directions
- 1In a large bowl, beat eggs with sugar until pale and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
- 2Stir in melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract until combined.
- 3In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt, then fold gently into the wet mixture.
- 4Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- 5Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes total.
- 6Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- 7Dust generously with powdered sugar while still warm and serve immediately.
