Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
  • 1 cup pecans, halved
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  3. 3Whisk eggs in a bowl, then add bourbon, vanilla, flour, and salt, mixing well.
