Ingredients

  • 4 pork cutlets (about 1/4 inch thick)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 lemon

Directions

  1. 1Pat the pork cutlets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. 2Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder.
  3. 3Coat each cutlet in flour, shaking off excess, then dip in egg, and finally coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
  4. 4Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  5. 5Fry cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. 6Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
