Broiled Grapefruit

- •3 tablespoons brown sugar
- •1 tablespoon butter

Directions
- 1Cut grapefruit in half and use a small knife to separate the flesh from the skin and membranes.
- 2Place grapefruit halves cut-side up on a baking sheet.
- 3Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt together in a small bowl.
- 4Divide butter between the two halves and dot over the flesh.
- 5Sprinkle brown sugar mixture evenly over each grapefruit half.
- 6Broil on high for 4-5 minutes until the topping is bubbling and lightly caramelized.
- 7Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
