Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, separated into flats and drumettes
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • oil for frying vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

Directions

  1. 1Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2Mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a shallow bowl, then coat wings evenly.
  3. 3Heat oil to 350°F in a deep skillet or Dutch oven, then fry wings in batches for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. 4Melt butter in a small saucepan, then whisk in hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. 5Toss fried wings in the buffalo sauce until well coated.
  6. 6Serve hot with ranch dressing for dipping.
