Buffalo Wings

Ingredients
- •2 lbs chicken wings
- •1 cup all-purpose flour
- •1 tsp garlic powder
- •1 tsp paprika
- •1 tsp salt
- •0.5 tsp black pepper
- •1 cup hot sauce
- •4 tbsp butter
- •1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- •vegetable oil for frying oil
Directions
- 1Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 2Coat chicken wings evenly with the flour mixture.
- 3Heat oil to 350°F and fry wings for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy, working in batches.
- 4Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
- 5Drain fried wings and toss them in the buffalo sauce until fully coated.
- 6Transfer to a serving platter and serve hot with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
