Ingredients
- •1.5 lbs ground pork
- •3 cloves garlic, minced
- •2 tablespoons fish sauce
- •1 tablespoon sugar
- •1 teaspoon black pepper
- •8 oz dried rice noodles
- •1/4 cup fish sauce
- •2 tablespoons lime juice
- •1 tablespoon sugar
- •1 cup fresh mint leaves
- •1 cup fresh cilantro
- •2 cucumbers, sliced
Directions
- 1Mix ground pork with minced garlic, 2 tablespoons fish sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, and black pepper in a bowl.
- 2Form pork mixture into small meatballs or flatten into patties.
- 3Grill or pan-fry the pork over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes until cooked through and caramelized.
- 4Cook rice noodles according to package directions, drain, and divide among serving bowls.
- 5Make dipping sauce by combining 1/4 cup fish sauce, lime juice, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1/4 cup water.
- 6Top noodles with grilled pork, fresh mint, cilantro, and cucumber slices.
- 7Serve with the fish sauce dipping sauce on the side for drizzling.
