Burrito-Style Wrap

Ingredients
- •1 pound ground beef
- •1 packet taco seasoning mix
- •1 cup cooked rice
- •1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- •1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- •1/2 cup sour cream
- •1/2 cup salsa
- •1 cup shredded lettuce
- •4 large flour tortillas
- •1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- •1/4 cup diced onion
Directions
- 1Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, then drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning with 1/4 cup water.
- 2Simmer the seasoned beef for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- 3Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 30 seconds to make them pliable.
- 4Lay out each tortilla and layer with rice, beans, seasoned beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and onion in the center.
- 5Add a dollop of sour cream and salsa to each tortilla.
- 6Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom to create a burrito.
- 7Serve immediately with extra salsa and sour cream on the side.
