Camarones al Ajillo

Ingredients
- •2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- •8 cloves garlic, minced
- •6 tablespoons butter
- •3 tablespoons olive oil
- •1/2 cup dry white wine
- •2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- •1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- •1 teaspoon salt
- •1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- •2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- 1Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until the butter is foaming.
- 2Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 3Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes on each side until they start to turn pink.
- 4Pour in white wine and lemon juice, stirring to combine with the pan drippings.
- 5Season with salt and pepper, and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes until shrimp are fully cooked and opaque.
- 6Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately with crusty bread.
