- •5 large eggs
- •1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- •1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- •2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- •1/4 teaspoon salt

- 2Blend eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender until smooth.
- 3Pour custard mixture over the caramel in the flan dish.
- 4Place the flan dish in a larger baking pan and fill the pan with hot water halfway up the sides of the flan dish.
- 5Bake for 45-50 minutes until the custard is set but slightly jiggles in the center.
- 6Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- 7Run a knife around the edges and invert onto a serving plate, allowing the caramel to drip over the flan.
