Ingredients
- •2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- •1/4 cup sugar
- •32 oz cream cheese, softened
- •1 cup sugar
- •1 cup sour cream
- •2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- •4 large eggs
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar, then press firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- 2Beat softened cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- 3Add sour cream and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined.
- 4Add eggs one at a time, beating on low speed after each addition until just combined.
- 5Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust, spreading evenly.
- 6Bake for 35-40 minutes until the center is almost set but still slightly jiggly.
- 7Cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before cutting into bars.
