Cheesy Sausage and Egg Scramble

Ingredients

• •6 large eggs
• •1/4 cup whole milk
• •2 cups baby spinach
• •1/3 cup parmesan, grated
• •2 tbsp butter
• •1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Directions

1. 1Slice sausage into rounds and cook in buttered skillet over medium heat.
2. 2Whisk eggs with milk and smoked paprika until well combined.
3. 3Add spinach to skillet and stir until wilted, about one minute.
4. 4Pour egg mixture over sausage and spinach in the skillet.
5. 5Gently stir eggs as they cook until just set and fluffy.
6. 6Sprinkle parmesan on top and serve immediately while hot.
