Chia Pudding

Ingredients

- •2 cups almond milk
- •2 tablespoons maple syrup
- •1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- •1/2 cup fresh berries
- •2 tablespoons granola
- •1 tablespoon coconut flakes
Directions
- 1In a bowl or jar, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- 2Stir well to break up any clumps of chia seeds.
- 3Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring once halfway through if possible.
- 4Divide the pudding into two bowls and stir to loosen if needed.
- 5Top with fresh berries, granola, and coconut flakes before serving.
