Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries
  • 2 tablespoons granola
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes

Directions

  1. 1In a bowl or jar, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. 2Stir well to break up any clumps of chia seeds.
  3. 3Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring once halfway through if possible.
  4. 4Divide the pudding into two bowls and stir to loosen if needed.
  5. 5Top with fresh berries, granola, and coconut flakes before serving.
