Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries
  • 2 tablespoons granola or nuts

Directions

  1. 1Combine chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon in a jar or bowl.
