Chicken and Bok Choy Stir-Fry
A quick and savory Asian stir-fry with tender chicken, crisp bok choy, and a silky garlic-ginger sauce.

Ingredients
- •1 lb boneless chicken breast, sliced thin
- •1 lb bok choy, chopped
- •3 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- •3 tbsp soy sauce
- •1 tbsp sesame oil
- •2 tbsp vegetable oil
- •1/2 cup chicken broth
- •1 tsp cornstarch
- •2 green onions, sliced
- •1 tsp white pepper
Directions
- 1Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken broth, and cornstarch in a small bowl and set aside.
- 2Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
- 3Add remaining 1 tbsp oil to the wok, then add minced garlic and ginger, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 4Add chopped bok choy and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 5Return chicken to the wok and pour in the sauce mixture, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens.
- 6Season with white pepper and garnish with green onions. Serve immediately over steamed rice.
