Chicken Korma
A creamy and aromatic Indian curry with tender chicken in a mild, coconut-based sauce.

Ingredients
- •2 lbs boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- •2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- •1 large onion, finely diced
- •3 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- •2 tablespoons korma paste or curry powder
- •1 cup coconut milk
- •1/2 cup chicken broth
- •1/4 cup plain yogurt
- •1 teaspoon salt
- •1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- 1Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and sauté the diced onion for 3-4 minutes until soft and translucent.
- 2Add minced garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute until fragrant, then stir in the korma paste and cook for another minute.
- 3Add the chicken pieces and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the outside is lightly browned.
- 4Pour in the coconut milk and chicken broth, then bring to a simmer and cook uncovered for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- 5Reduce heat to low and stir in the yogurt, salt, and pepper until well combined and creamy.
- 6Simmer for another 5 minutes without boiling, then taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
