Chinese Broccoli with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients
- •1.5 lbs Chinese broccoli (gai lan), cut into 3-inch pieces
- •3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- •2 tablespoons soy sauce
- •1 tablespoon sesame oil
- •4 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- •2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- •1/4 cup water
- •1 teaspoon cornstarch
- •1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Directions
- 1Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, water, and cornstarch in a small bowl; set aside.
- 2Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat until shimmering.
- 3Add minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 4Add Chinese broccoli pieces and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
- 5Pour the sauce mixture over the broccoli and toss continuously for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats all pieces.
- 6Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve immediately over steamed rice.
