Ingredients

- •1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- •2 tbsp soy sauce
- •1/3 cup hoisin sauce

- •1 cucumber, cut into matchsticks
- •4 green onions, cut into long strips
- •2 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
- 1Marinate the beef with soy sauce and sesame oil for 10 minutes.
- 2Pan-sear the beef in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for 3–4 minutes until browned.
- 3Cook the scallion pancakes in remaining oil until crisp outside and pliable.
