Chocolate Fondant
A decadent warm chocolate cake with a molten, gooey center that flows out when you cut into it.

Ingredients
- •100g dark chocolate
- •100g butter
- •2 eggs
- •2 egg yolks
- •50g all-purpose flour
- •30g granulated sugar
- •1 pinch salt
- •1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and butter 4 ramekin dishes, dusting with cocoa powder.
- 2Melt chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
- 3In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until pale and thick, about 3 minutes.
- 4Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, then gently fold in flour, salt, and vanilla extract.
- 5Divide batter evenly among prepared ramekins.
- 6Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm but the center is still soft when gently pressed.
- 7Let cool for 1 minute, then carefully invert each fondant onto a serving plate and serve immediately.
