Ingredients

Directions

- 3Pour ganache onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
- 4Scoop mixture into 1-inch balls using a melon baller or small spoon.
- 5Mix cocoa powder and powdered sugar in a shallow bowl.
- 6Roll each truffle in the cocoa mixture until fully coated.
- 7Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
