Chow Mein

Ingredients
- •8 oz chow mein noodles or spaghetti
- •2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- •8 oz chicken breast, thinly sliced
- •1 cup shredded cabbage
- •1 cup sliced bell peppers
- •1 cup shredded carrots
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •3 tablespoons soy sauce
- •1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- •1 teaspoon sesame oil
- •2 green onions sliced
Directions
- 1Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.
- 2Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat and stir-fry chicken until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- 3Add garlic, cabbage, bell peppers, and carrots; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 4Add cooked noodles to the pan with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; toss everything together for 2 minutes.
- 5Top with green onions and serve hot.
