Classic Beef Burritos

Ingredients
- •1 lb ground beef
- •1 medium onion, diced
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •2 tablespoons chili powder
- •1 teaspoon cumin
- •1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- •1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- •8 large flour tortillas
- •1 cup salsa
- •1 cup cooked rice
Directions
- 1Brown the ground beef with diced onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks, about 5 minutes.
- 2Add minced garlic, chili powder, and cumin, stirring constantly for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 3Stir in the black beans and salsa, then fold in the cooked rice and simmer for 3 minutes.
- 4Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet for about 20 seconds per side.
- 5Spoon the beef mixture onto each tortilla, top with shredded cheese, then roll tightly by folding in the sides and rolling away from you.
- 6Serve immediately with additional salsa, sour cream, and your favorite toppings.
