Ingredients

  • 3 cups Chex cereal (any combination of Rice, Wheat, or Corn)
  • 2 cups Mixed nuts (cashews, peanuts, or pecans)
  • 2 cups Bite-sized pretzels
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries or raisins
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine Chex cereal, nuts, pretzels, and dried cranberries.
  3. 3In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat and stir in Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
  4. 4Drizzle the butter mixture over the cereal mixture and toss well until all pieces are evenly coated.
  5. 5Spread the mixture on two large baking sheets in a single layer.
  6. 6Bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through, until lightly toasted and fragrant.
  7. 7Spread on paper towels to cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
