Classic Loaded Nachos

Ingredients
- •1 bag (10 oz) tortilla chips
- •1 lb ground beef
- •2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- •1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
- •1/2 cup sour cream
- •1/2 cup guacamole or sliced avocado
- •1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- •1/4 cup diced red onion
- •1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- •2 tbsp taco seasoning
Directions
- 1Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, then drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning with 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- 2Spread tortilla chips on a large oven-safe platter or baking sheet in an even layer.
- 3Distribute the seasoned beef over the chips, then sprinkle cheese evenly across the top.
- 4Bake at 350°F for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 5Remove from oven and top with jalapeños, tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
- 6Drizzle sour cream over the nachos and serve with guacamole on the side.
