Ingredients

  • 2 packs noodles, instant spicy chicken
  • 4 strips bacon, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Directions

  1. 1Cook noodles one minute less than package directions; reserve 1/2 cup cooking water.
  2. 2Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp, then reduce heat to low.
  3. 3Whisk eggs, parmesan, milk, and half the noodle seasoning in a bowl.
  4. 4Add noodles to bacon and toss with 1/4 cup reserved water.
  5. 5Remove skillet from heat and quickly stir in egg mixture until glossy.
  6. 6Loosen with more cooking water; garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
