Crispy Baked Chicken Tenders

- •2 large eggs
- •1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- •1 teaspoon garlic powder
- •1 teaspoon onion powder
- •1 teaspoon paprika
- •1/2 teaspoon salt
- •1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- •2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2Cut chicken breasts lengthwise into strips approximately 1 inch wide.
- 3Mix flour with salt and pepper in one bowl, beat eggs in a second bowl, and combine panko, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a third bowl.
- 4Coat each chicken strip in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with the panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- 5Place coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet, drizzle lightly with oil, and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and cooked through.
