  • 2 large eggs

  • ½ cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. 1Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound to ¼-inch thickness using a meat mallet.
  2. 2Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour mixed with salt and pepper, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder.
  3. 3Coat each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess, then dip in egg, and finally coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
  4. 4Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
